Let me say that I'm very picky when it comes to pizza. I've had the best pizzas all over the US and Italy. I don't say what comes next lightly.
Diavola
This Diavola pizza might be the best single pizza I’ve ever
had the pleasure of putting in my pie hole.
Perfectly cooked: charred edges, crisp pepperoni. There is
so much going on with this pizza: fresh dough, made in house; wood fired; 2 kinds of
pepperoni, spicy chorizo and regular; spicy oil; one cherry tomato, quartered; black
pepper; basil; love and tenderness—I swear I saw them put those in there.
Ulutima
The dessert, Ulutima: caramelized sugar on that same spectacular pizza dough with some ice cream to give some cold and cream to it.
